Christmas in Coweta

During this Christmas season, it is a joy and honor for Outreach and our Youth to partner in participation with Christmas in Coweta in association with Bridging the Gap. This year, NPC supported seven children ranging in age from 2 yrs to 12 yrs. Kate Morrison summed up it well:

"One of the best parts about Christmas in Coweta is knowing we are buying for kids who might not get much otherwise. Most of the year, these kids don't really get the things they want because their families are just trying to provide what they need. Being the ones who get to pick out things specifically from their 'wishlist' makes this shopping trip extra special. I have found through the years of shopping for these families how much more meaningful it is to be able to give than to receive. 

This is the one youth event that I never want to miss! I always leave with such a full heart knowing that our church and our community are making such a big impact on so many families right here at home."
This Christmas season find ways to spread joy and hope. Faith in Action!

2024 Bridging the Gap "Christmas in Coweta" Update

"An astounding 2285 Kids were Served through Christmas in Coweta! 🎁🎅 This program would not be possible without the 19 churches ⛪️ 6 schools 🏫 23 businesses 🧱 9 communities or civic groups 🤝 and 86 individuals who shared Christmas cheer to kids! This truly shows the power of community and kindness! 💫 A HUGE thank you to Brent Scarbrough & Company, Inc. for their unwavering support and use of their hanger! 🙌 Without them, this event wouldn't have been possible. March 2025 Outreach Update

March has seen us supporting Coweta FORCE. We had an inspiring minute from mission from the Coweta FORCE director, Hank, who spoke of their Burch Ave Affordable housing project, recovery connections program and the many other resources FORCE offers to those in recovery from addiction.
